Sagewood Condominiums

Sagewood Condominiums North Sunrise Way and Vista Chino, Palm Springs, CA 92262

Sagewood consists of 107 one-story condominium homes in twenty-seven separate four-unit buildings on eighteen acres.  The complex has the distinction of being among the few multi-housing projects by prolific Palm Springs modernist architect Donald Wexler and, by some accounts, his finest.  The project was developed by Levitt & Sons of California and opened in 1972.
